Refund policy

Returns:

Our Exchange policy lasts 7 days from the day you receive the item. If 7 days have gone by since your purchase, unfortunately we can’t offer you a exchange. you will not be refunded shipping costs. Exchanges will only be granted if a mistake was made on our part. By purchasing from FCS Sneakers, you agree to acknowledge this rule.

All Returns must meet the following criteria:

- All online sales are final 

- No Returns on Sale Merchandise

- All goods must be returned in original packaging (including packing paper) with all factory tags attached plus extra laces if applicable, and in mint condition.

- All Returns must be accompanied with your original receipt.

- All Returns must be received by FCS SNEAKERS within 7 days of the delivered date.

- Returns not meeting this criteria will be refused.

- Custom/VAT fees/Import Duties may apply when ordering from countries outside The United States of America. The fees are charged by the jurisdiction of the country where the product is being shipped to. The cost of such additional fees will be imposed on you as a customer. FCS Sneakers does not take responsibility for Custom and VAT fees.
